Each pie is handcrafted in our kitchen. Using our homemade pastry, made from single source flour grown and milled 30 miles from our bakery on Mungoswells Farm. We then press fresh pie cases and fill them with delicious fillings.

FRESH INGREDIENTS
All produce is responsibly sourced from sustainable suppliers mainly in Scotland. Our single-source flour is grown and milled on Mungoswells Farm in East Lothian.

Brimming with goodness, the recipes make the most of their ingredients. Baked in our signature delicious pastry which is filled with fresh and tasty fillings.

Perfect for large or small gatherings. Share with friends, or add sides as a main course. Easy to prepare, and with the ability to freeze they’re ideal for home or commercial use.
All individual pie plastic packaging is compostable, and the cardboard is recyclable,
any sorba-freeze, insulation / foil is reusable.
Our team are obsessed with food and draw on influences from throughout the world. Back in 2016 we started as a pop-up restaurant. Baking pies is the staple these days, with the majority of the team coming from a hospitality background.
